Hi. I'm Sarah!

I don't just teach realistic nutrition strategies—I rely on them myself.

I’m a Registered Dietitian, military spouse, veteran, and someone who understands firsthand that healthy eating is often much harder in practice than it is in theory.

Throughout my life, I’ve experienced military culture from multiple perspectives. I’ve seen the demands placed on service members and their families, from unpredictable schedules to frequent life transitions. The challenge of balancing personal health with mission requirements can get overwhelming. Because of this, I understand that nutrition isn’t just about knowing to “eat more fruits and vegetables”—it’s about finding solutions that work within the realities of everyday life.

Like many of the people I serve, I’ve navigated busy schedules, budget constraints, and family responsibilities. I’ve learned that sustainable habits aren’t built through perfection; they’re built through consistency, flexibility, and practical strategies that fit this specific lifestyle.

My background in nutrition gives me the science, but my personal experiences give me perspective. That’s why my approach focuses on helping individuals and families develop realistic, evidence-based nutrition habits that support their goals without adding more stress to their lives.
